If you are like most people, you are probably tired of privacy policies that take a lawyer to understand. For this reason, we have kept our privacy policy as concise as possible. Whizardries.com and chandler-enterprises.net are owned and administered by Whizardries, Inc.

General Policy
Whizardries, Inc. will not give or sell any information collected from you to any third parties or organizations without your specific permission. This includes, but is not limited to, registration information for products you may have downloaded or purchased, inquiries into our services, and account information with our web services department.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, troubleshoot, to help diagnose problems with our servers, track a user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Occassionally the need may arise for IP addresses to be shared with my upstream provider as we work together to troubleshoot problems with the network. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Domain Name Registration
For those registering domain names through Whizardries, Inc. for their hosting account, we will provide limited information to a domain registration company, which may change from time to time. The information is used for the purpose of securing the domain name only.

Payments Via Credit Card
When accepting payments via credit card for products and services, you will be directed to provide credit card billing information to PayPal Corp., our credit card processing provider. This is information will be entered by you and given directly to PayPal Corp. The services we offer are ongoing services and you will be billed by PayPal Corp. at the beginning of every billing cycle. We are using Intuit Quickbooks Pro for bookkeeping and to automate billing. PayPal will share with Intuit information on that our PayPal transactions so that the information can be automatically entered by Intuit into our QuickBooks program. Advertisers
We may display ads from various advertisers on our site. These ads may contain cookies. Cookies received with banner ads are collected by those companies, and we do not have access to this information. You should consult the privacy policies of those companies for further information.

Choice/Opt-In
We strongly believe in confirmed opt-in marketing (closed-loop). We will never send you something for which you did not ask.

Information Collected From Children
Whizardries, Inc. is intended to provide web site hosting and other services to businesses and individuals. Since our clients are required to be either or 18 years old or emanicipated by court decree in order to open accounts, we assume that there are no children using our system. We intend to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

Legal Disclosures
In some cases we may be required to disclose certain information to comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant.
