Carol has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and 7 years of experience as a programmer. All of it has involved database application development - mostly Oracle databases, but also SQL server, MySQL, and Access. The last two years have focused on using Cold Fusion to integrate databases with web pages. Carol is also an Oracle Certified Professional developer and can develop Oracle Forms, Reports, and ProC. She is an expert with the whims of Oracle development on Unix platforms.

Mickey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Angelo State University, a certificate of completion from the Legal Assistant Program of the University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems with a certificate in International Security at Tarleton State University. He got into technical work from his annoyance of junk email. Instead of just deleting it, he learned how to find out where the spam really came from and co-founded the Forum for Responsible and Ethical Email. His voluntary spam-fighting led to a job with Mail Abuse Prevention Systems' Incident Response Service fighting all kinds of Internet abuse, and can help you with spam, denial of service attacks, proving that you didn't send a virus to someone, and other technical issues. Mickey is the Director of ISP Relations for Informz, Inc., and a Policy Fellow at the Institute for Spam & Internet Public Policy.
